Espresso Italia

This is the espresso we use in all our latte's. 

This southern Italian classic is a blend of 100% Arabica beans and roasted by our on-site roaster to "full city roast." Full city is a medium roast that is reached after just a few minutes when the beans are caught between the first and second crack. The beans will exhibit balance between aroma, acid, and complexity, producing a smooth well-rounded espresso.
